Reusable dry part - Hofbräuhaus Traunstein

The 125-year-old Hofbräuhaus Traunstein, which is strongly associated with and managed by tradition, was successfully equipped with a dry section in the palletizing area.

The line, which produces 26,000 bottles per hour, was installed and commissioned in a very short time, i.e. in only 2 weeks. The loader and the unloader were each designed as robots. The pallets are loaded by the forklift operator and conveyed to the depalletizer via stainless steel conveyors. The crates are deposited in layers on the de-stacking station by means of a robust and tolerant clamping gripper head. There the separation process of the crates begins. The empty pallets pass through a pallet inspection where they are cleaned and checked for damage, completeness of running boards, blocks and cover boards. Bad pallets are automatically sorted out by the palletizing robot and replaced by good pallets. Through this application, the brewery's pallet pool is cleaned up independently and the system ensures uniform good quality. The loading robot stacks the finished products back onto Euro pallets. The gripper tool places the crates perfectly aligned on the pallet and centers them from layer to layer, ensuring that the crates are perfectly locked in place. Afterwards, pallets are bound and conveyed to the double take-off via the pallet conveyor system.
