The Tyrolean water bottler Privatquelle Gruber, which also includes the brands Silberquelle and Montes, is located in the Tyrolean Unterinntal. The source of the low-sodium spring is in the famous Alpbach Valley and is bottled in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps. The entire dry section of the glass line was planned and installed in the smallest possible space by the Profipack specialists. The machines handle a wide variety of crate types, from 6-bottle to 24-bottle crates, without any problems. For the employees, accessibility has improved considerably. All machines and control panels can be reached without any barriers, thus facilitating the employees' work. As a special highlight and in view of a possible extension to non-returnable glass in cartons, the line includes a crate unloader for returnable and a glass lifter for non-returnable in one machine. Space-saving and user-friendly to the complete satisfaction of the customer. In addition, a winder and a bundle printer were implemented in the system and, viewed as a whole, the system experienced an enormous increase in performance as a result of this project.
