Repacking line - Schneider

In the reign of the Bavarian Duke Maximilian I, i.e. about 400 years ago, wheat beer is the beer of the nobility and the higher classes and thus at the same time for all strata of the population, who were oriented towards the lifestyle of the authorities. At that time, wheat beer was nothing less than a symbol of social advancement. For this reason, the first ducal wheat beer brewery was founded in Kehlheim in 1607. In 1928, the Schneider family acquires this very brewery. In 2021, it is equipped with a new repackaging line from Profipack. The line consists of three robots that repack bottles from modular crates into cartons. Profipack scores with the offered layout due to a clear and compact setup. Low makeready times thanks to fully automatic changeover systems and format part optimization meant that the customer's decision was no longer difficult. Intelligent buffer solutions with few conveyor belts and excellent accessibility of the complete line particularly round off the offer. The planning has already thought for the future and an extension of the repackaging possibilities is possible at any time with little effort.

In this sense still another Bavarian wisdom, origin unfortunately unknown:

Optimism is: A grain of wheat will eventually become a barrel of beer!
