The family winery Weinschlössl Steinschaden is located in the Kamptal valley at the edge of the Wagram. With excellent Austrian wines the winegrower spoils national and international wine lovers.

In order to palletize the packaged wines, the winegrower commissioned the company Profipack to plan, design, build and install a column palletizing system in a very confined space. A challenge due to the cramped situation on site. The task could be solved very well by the experts at Profipack and the customer is very satisfied.

A column palletizing system with intermediate inlay and a shutter head suitable for Euro and industrial pallets was installed. In addition, a pallet wrapper and a cord binder were integrated into the system. Crates and cardboard boxes can be processed to different layer patterns and can be palletized and secured in different ways according to customer specifications.

The combination of a cord binder, wrapper and a multiflexible pallet loader equips the customer for future requirements in the one-way and reusable market as well as in the domestic and international market.

The customer thus gains an increase in performance and a smoother flow in the entire plant.
