Schneider Weisse, founded in 1872 in Kelheim in Bayern, is a renowed German brewery specialized in the production of exquisite wheat beers.
With a tradition spanning over six generations, Schneider Weisse represents the highest brewing art and quality beers.
The brewery is known for its variety of wheat beer styles, characterized by craftmanship and the use of selected ingredients.
To facilate further growth, Schneider Weisse has now been equipped by us with a new reusable dry part. The sophisticated planning has also created approximately 400 m2 of free production space right next to the filling area.
This space is already filled with numerous ideas for the future.
Integration of a spacious pallet buffer system, necessary due to the distant warehouse served by a shuttle.
Additionally, an existing rope binder has been integrated into the sophisticated plant concept.
The assembly and commissioning were carried out, taking into account a ground remediation, in record-breaking 3 weeks. This not only reflects our expertise but also emphasizes our focus on time efficiency.
The facility achieves a capacity of 2,600 crates per hour, providing Schneider Weisse with the capability to meet the increasing market demands effortlessly.
We can confidently say that an important milestone has been achieved with this installation.
